Some of the clients we serve
CrowdVision is proud to help clients in the airport sector, as well as other infrastructure operators, to act decisively to increase efficiency and profitability, whilst improving their customers’ experience. CrowdVision is used extensively in over 20 airport zones – we believe that we monitor more airport space than any other video-based analytics provider. CrowdVision’s airport clients include the following.
London City deployed CrowdVision in 2013, which helped to deliver increases in efficiency and profitability. The airport was sold in 2016 for a price implying an EBITDA multiple of over 30x, one of the highest multiples ever seen in airport transactions. This multiple was supported by the CrowdVision data which was an integral part of the due diligence data room.
San Juan Luis Munoz Marin Airport in Puerto Rico, a US territory, deployed CrowdVision in 2016. As in London City, the solution is used extensively across all major zones to help deliver a “Smart Airport” solution.
In 2014, London Heathrow deployed CrowdVision in the T2 Check In zone. In 2016, Heathrow selected CrowdVision as its Passenger Flow Analytics Partner following a competitive tendering process. An extensive multi-terminal rollout will complete in early 2017, with plans for further phased expansion in the future.
Stansted Airport, part of M.A.G and the fourth busiest airport in the UK, has deployed CrowdVision to improve passenger experience in real time. CrowdVision’s video analytics based passenger tracking solution will be used to enable more effective queue management airport-wide, with the additional goals of increasing efficiency as well as Stansted’s non-aeronautical revenues.
